FAKOLITH INTENSIVE CLEANER, for grease and oil deposits

Intended Use: Alkaline intensive cleaner for cleaning surfaces contaminated by oily deposits, gasoline, grease, and other substances, particularly from industrial use. Examples include silos, tanks, floor trays, ceilings, and walls in production areas. FAKOLITH INTENSIVE CLEANER is also suitable for cleaning surfaces after flooding. It is recommended for removing substances deposited in ceilings and walls by contaminated process water (often residues from heating oil, gasoline, diesel, wastewater, etc.). It is especially suitable for removing mineral oils from mineral substrates.

Application: - Application from +2°C - Ready to use - Apply with brush, paintbrush, sponge - We recommend using a cleaning octopus to collect the dirt from the wall and the cleaning agent - Contact time approx. 20-60 minutes - Consumption: Depending on the intensity of the soiling.

To clean, apply FAKOLITH INTENSIVE CLEANER with a sponge, brush, or roller. Wear gloves! Leave on plastics for 5 minutes. On other surfaces, leave on for approximately 20-60 minutes, depending on the intensity of the soiling. Then rinse with clean water. Clean a test area before use to check material compatibility.

After a flood, we recommend processing with the cleaning octopus to ensure that the wastewater can be collected, neutralized and disposed of properly.

Applications: For removing grease, oil, sugar, protein, smoke tar deposits, biofilm, and other contaminants. Recommended for use in the food industry, e.g., in meat processing plants and slaughterhouses, as well as the baking, beverage, fish, and packaging industries. Also particularly recommended for use in the paper industry.

If the substrate also shows signs of mold and bacteria infestation, thorough application of FAKOLITH INTENSIVE CLEANER alone is sufficient, provided the substrate is treated after cleaning with FAKOLITH FK 14 Antifungal Solution, DISPERLITH PRIMER, or AQUA.SILAN.CONTROL. Additional cleaning with FAKOLITH FK 12 against mold/biofilm is not necessary in this case.

Substrates and substrate preparation: Mineral substrates, iron, powder-coated metals, stainless steel, emulsion paints, varnishes, tiles, concrete, wood, plastics (reduce the reaction time to 5 minutes). Not suitable for aluminum and galvanized substrates.

Remove residues of sand, clay and loose dirt particles mechanically and/or with water beforehand to increase the effectiveness of the FAKOLITH INTENSIVE CLEANER.
