Shipment

Shipping is exclusively via DHL or Hermes and is always free of charge.

Delivery times:
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of the goods will take place within 3 - 7 working days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed prepayment, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship them together in one shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order. Please refer to the respective product pages for the exact delivery times.
