AQUA.SILAN.CONTROL – Functional impregnation, deep primer and antifungal solution for interior use

Intended use: AQUA.SILAN.CONTROL is a multifunctional product for the remediation of damp, mineral substrates in interior spaces affected by moisture damage, for example, after flooding or a burst water pipe. This water-based, transparent, silane-siloxane-based impregnating agent consolidates chalking substrates, effectively remediates mold-infested surfaces, impregnates the surface, and reliably protects it against re-infestation.

Even after remediation with AQUA.SILAN.CONTROL, the substrate remains vapor-permeable and can dry out completely over the long term. Due to the preventative properties of AQUA.SILAN.CONTROL, mold and bacteria growth on the still-damp substrate is prevented during the drying phase.

Application: - Apply at temperatures above +3°C - Dilute 1:14 with water - Brush, roll, or apply evenly under pressure - Apply wet-on-wet in 2-3 coats - Consumption: Approx. 300-400 ml/m² ready-to-use solution = 20 ml concentrate (depending on the absorbency of the substrate)

Areas of application: AQUA.SILAN.CONTROL is suitable for all mineral substrates (including those painted with silicate or dispersion paint, but still absorbent). Applying a sample is recommended on natural stone.
