Intended use: FAKOLITH FK 14 is an aqueous dispersion for the remediation of substrates affected by mold, both indoors and outdoors. FAKOLITH FK 14 reliably destroys the cell structure of the fungal mycelium in the substrate. FAKOLITH FK 14 is chlorine-free and odorless. The antifungal solution develops its fungicidal properties within 48 hours and has no prophylactic effect.

In preparation for applying FAKOLITH FK 14, it is important to clean the mold-infested surface. Wet cleaning with FAKOLITH FK 12 (PHASE 1) loosens surface deposits and optimally prepares the surface for subsequent treatment with FAKOLITH FK 14 antifungal solution (PHASE 2).

Application: - Application from +6°C - Use undiluted - Apply by brush, roller, or airless sprayer - No need to rinse or allow to set - Drying time before recoating approx. 3 hours (20°C/50% relative humidity) - Can be recoated with standard primers or coatings. - Recommendation: Use the same system. Substrate preparation and topcoat with FAKOLITH system products, e.g., FAKOLITH FK 5 pure acrylic paint with film protection against mold and bacteria. - No waiting time in interior spaces after mold remediation with FAKOLITH FK 14. The rooms can be used again immediately. - Consumption: Approx. 100 ml/m²
