Purpose of use:
Selected elegant shades of grey convey from the outset the impression of a naturally and evenly greyed wood surface, as often only occurs in nature after many years under favorable conditions.
Capadur GreyWood is primarily used for wooden facades where a natural appearance is desired. However, it is also suitable for fences, balcony railings, shutters, gates, and other non-dimensionally stable and limited-dimensionally stable wooden components, as well as for dimensionally stable components such as windows and exterior doors.
For exterior use only! (The interior surfaces of exterior windows and doors are considered exterior areas). Capadur GreyWood is equipped with a film preservative to protect the coating surface from fungal growth. This film preservative delays the development of fungal infestation.
Depending on the biological load, re-infestation must be expected on extremely vulnerable wooden building components such as flat roof soffits and panel-shaped wood materials (e.g. maritime pine panels) even before the usual warranty periods have expired.
Not suitable for wood with permanent contact with soil and water.
