Purpose of use:
Suitable for the colored design and protection of dimensionally stable wooden components (such as windows and doors), limited-dimensionally stable wooden components (such as tongue and groove cladding, shutters, gates, timber framing, etc.), and non-dimensionally stable wooden components (such as paneling, fences, shingles, balcony railings, formwork, and pergolas). Applicable for both interior and exterior use.
 
Before coating sheet-shaped wood-based materials (such as solid wood panels or veneer-laminated plywood), please observe the instructions in BFS leaflet no. 18, section 2.2.3 ff.

Capadur DecorLasur can be treated with Caparol fungicide for outdoor use. This temporarily protects the coating surface against fungal and algal growth. Caparol fungicide acts as a film preservative, delaying infestation.
Depending on the biological load, a renewed infestation may be expected on extremely vulnerable wood materials (such as plywood (e.g. maritime pine panels), OSB) even before the usual warranty periods have expired.

Do not use Capadur DecorLasur together with Caparol fungicide indoors.
