Low-shrinkage ternary full-strength binder for utility screeds with temperature-independent setting time

SikaScreed®-40 Binder is a ternary binder for the production of low-shrinkage, high-strength screeds. Its formulation allows for a temperature-independent setting time of the finished screed. A screed quality of class CT-C40-F7 according to DIN EN 13813 can be achieved with a binder-to-sand mixing ratio of just 1:5.

Applications: - Large-scale renovation of industrial floor coverings subject to high mechanical stress - High-quality unheated and heated screeds on insulation or separating layers in commercial and industrial buildings for all common floor coverings - For interior and exterior use, also suitable for direct use - For permanently wet areas - Also suitable for residential construction
