Protective coating for concrete with very high crack bridging capacity

Sikagard®-555 W Elastic is a 1-component, plastoelastic coating based on aqueous, UV-curing acrylic dispersion with high crack-bridging properties.

Application:
As a crack-bridging protective and decorative coating for:
- New concrete or reinforced concrete structures and elements prone to cracking
- Concrete repair work using Sika® pore-filling or smoothing mortar and overcoating of existing, well-adhering coatings
- Extending the service life of the reinforced concrete component by reducing concrete deterioration and protecting against reinforcement corrosion
- Increased service life for all types of concrete structures and elements subject to cracking/cyclic movements (buildings, bridges)
- For outdoor use
- Not suitable for use in standing water
