Very low-emission synthetic resin dispersion with high penetration capacity, acting as a moisture barrier, adhesion promoter, and absorbency reducer for mineral substrates. For interior and exterior use.

Application:
Sikafloor®-03 Primer is suitable as a primer:
- On calcium sulfate and cementitious substrates
- On wooden substrates, OSB, and chipboard
- As an intermediate primer in multi-layered constructions
