Universal dispersion primer for use under leveling compounds and tile adhesives

Very low-emission universal dispersion primer for absorbent, non-absorbent, and smooth substrates for interior walls and floors. Sikafloor®-01 Primer can be diluted with water depending on the application. It is applied before leveling compounds or tile adhesives to reduce absorbency and improve adhesion.

Application:
Suitable as a primer on:
- Concrete
- Cement and rapid-setting cement screeds
- Calcium sulfate-bound screeds
- Gypsum plastering (according to DIN EN 13279-1)
- Cement plastering, lime-cement plastering (CS I - CS IV according to DIN EN 998-1)
- Old surfaces with old, waterproof adhesive residues
- Plasterboard and gypsum fiberboard
- Dry screeds
- wooden substrates
- Cast asphalt screeds (fully sanded) IC 10 and IC 15 according to DIN 18354 and DIN 18560
to:
- Reduction of the absorbency of the substrate
- Improved adhesion on smooth and dense surfaces
- Protection of the substrate from moisture from cementitious fillers or tile adhesives

Storage:
Storage temperature between +5 °C and +30 °C. Store in a dry place. Protect from direct sunlight and frost. Use water-mixed primer within one week.

~70 g/m² (depending on the absorbency of the substrate, the application equipment and the mixing ratio. For highly absorbent surfaces, apply Sikafloor®-01 Primer twice)
