High-strength, low-shrinkage, fast-setting screed and repair mortar with adjustable consistency of class R4 according to DIN EN 1504-3

SikaEmaco® T 800 DUO is a one-component, fast-drying cementitious screed and repair mortar for horizontal applications, meeting the requirements of DIN EN 1504-3 Class R4. SikaEmaco® T 800 DUO is a ready-to-use material made from hydraulic binders, well-graded sands, and specially selected polymers. Depending on the amount of water added, the mortar can be adjusted to be either damp/stable or self-leveling/pourable.

Application: SikaEmaco® T 800 DUO can be used for the rapid repair of concrete floors and screeds, concrete structures, stairs, and industrial floors indoors and outdoors in layer thicknesses of 10 to 100 mm. In its pourable form, it is also suitable for grouting channels. Due to its rapid curing time, SikaEmaco® T 800 DUO can be quickly overcoated with resin-based coatings. Permissible exposure classes: XALL, X0, XC1-4, XD1-3, XS1-3, XF1-4, XA1-2, and XM1

Shelf life: 8 months from the production date in unopened original packaging.

Storage: Store the product in tightly sealed original containers in dry, temperature-controlled rooms, protected from direct sunlight. Storage above +30 °C should be avoided.
