Base material for fillers for concrete repair

Icoment filler is a combination of a saponification-resistant polymer dispersion and cement-reactive minerals. Icoment filler contains no corrosion-promoting components.

When used as a leveling compound (in its supplied form), Icoment Spachtel exhibits excellent adhesion after drying (on mineral substrates even with occasional exposure to moisture, but not under underwater conditions). It is sandable, vapor-permeable, and paintable with standard wall paints. Layer thicknesses of 2 mm must not be exceeded. When used as an additive to hydraulically bound mortars and slurries, Icoment Spachtel reduces water consumption, improves workability and tackiness, minimizes bleeding, and increases water retention.

Application:
Icoment filler is suitable for leveling concrete, cement and lime-cement plaster on interior and exterior surfaces. It is also used to improve hydraulically bound mortars and for cosmetic work on concrete.
