High-strength, fast-setting leveling mortar for small-area repairs

SikaScreed® HardTop-70 DE is a 1-component, soft-plastic, polymer-modified, quickly load-bearing and reworkable ready-mixed mortar for use on horizontal surfaces from layer thicknesses of 10 mm with low-shrinkage curing.

Application:
- Small-scale repairs of heavily used industrial floors with rapid reworkability and quick use (from 18 hours)
- Non-surface leveling of exposed outdoor areas such as terraces, walkways, concrete slabs, etc. for light mechanical loads
- Application as bonded, floating screed and screed on separating layer

Advantages:
- Very fast hardening for immediate use (> 45 N/mm² compressive strength after 24 hours)
- High layer thicknesses (≤ 200 mm) with virtually shrinkage-free curing (≤ 0.2 mm/m)
- High resistance to frost and de-icing salt
