Rapid repair mortar with integrated corrosion protection

SikaQuick®-506 FG is a one-component, polymer-modified mortar with integrated Sika Ferro-Gard inhibitor technology, meeting the requirements of class R3 according to EN 1504-3. When mixed with water, it becomes a grey-colored repair mortar with short working times. SikaQuick®-506 FG is low in chromate according to TRGS 613.

Application:
Mortar for repairs of normal and lightweight concrete, mortar, stone and brick in the context of maintenance work on residential and administrative buildings; not to be used for the repair of transport structures exposed to de-icing salt.
- Repair of concrete structures (Principle 3, Method 3.1 according to EN 1504-9)
- Increased recovery of concrete structures (Principle 4, Method 4.4 according to EN 1504-9)
- Maintaining or restoring passivity (Principle 7, Procedures 7.1 and 7.2 according to EN 1504-9)
