SikaCor® EG Phosphate Plus is a two-component, zinc phosphate-containing primer based on epoxy resin. Low in solvents according to the German Paint and Coatings Association's guideline for corrosion protection coatings (VdL-RL 04).

Application:
SikaCor® EG Phosphate Plus is used as a primer for atmospherically exposed steel surfaces and, in combination with 2-component intermediate and topcoats, forms a mechanically resistant coating system in rural, urban, industrial, and marine environments up to corrosivity category C5 high according to DIN EN ISO 12944-2. SikaCor® EG Phosphate Plus can also be used as a weldable production coating at layer thicknesses of 20 µm.
