Details for SikaCor® Active Primer Rapid 3 Liters:

Actively pigmented primer for hand-derusted surfaces, old coatings, sweep-blasted galvanizing, and directly onto steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.

Fast-drying, one-component corrosion protection primer with effective corrosion protection pigments based on a specially modified synthetic resin binder. Low-solvent according to the German Paint and Coatings Association's guideline for corrosion protection coatings (VdL-RL 04).

Application:
Primer for surfaces and objects where only limited surface preparation (mechanical or manual derusting) is possible or economically feasible. Can be used as a high-quality primer with surface preparation Sa 2 ½ directly on steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and sweep-blasted galvanized surfaces. Suitable for atmospheric corrosion protection and occasional exposure to condensation. Can also be used as an intermediate coat/adhesion promoter on firmly adhering existing coatings.
