Two-component epoxy resin sealant that is low-emission according to the AgBB testing principles.

DinoFloor EP Mattsiegel W 460 R10 is used for the colorless, mattifying final sealing of resin-based floor coverings, including those with chip aggregate. This sealant is supplied as a special product with a slip-resistant surface. It has been tested according to DIN 51130 and BGR 181 and rated with slip resistance class R10. The epoxy resin sealant is applied using the Professional squeegee with a rubber blade and a lint-free velour roller. After curing, it results in a uniform surface with a defined slip resistance class of R10. The sealant creates a consistent, matte surface that gives the floor coverings a uniform and attractive appearance. The "mirror effect" of glossy coatings caused by light scattering across the surface is significantly reduced.

DinoFloor EP Mattsiegel W 460 R10 can replace solvent-based sealants in many areas, thus representing a user-friendly and environmentally friendly alternative. Thanks to its optimized drying process, very uniform surfaces can be achieved.

DinoFloor EP Mattsiegel W 460 R10 exhibits good adhesion to various substrates. Therefore, after an adhesion test, the sealant can be used on existing floor coverings. The product cures through drying and chemical cross-linking to form durable, robust films with excellent adhesion. The fully cross-linked sealant is resistant to many chemicals, particularly water, salts, dilute acids and alkalis, oils, and various solvents.

DinoFloor EP Mattsiegel W 460 R10 is classified as EC1 Plus - very low emission according to EMICODE®.

Note: Sealed surfaces have limited mechanical resistance; forklifts and other material handling equipment can damage or destroy the sealant. Therefore, their use is only conditionally suitable. In areas with high and frequent exposure to moisture, as well as in areas with chemicals, solvent-based sealants may be more suitable.
