Functional, white-pigmented primer. Reduces the risk of efflorescence on alkaline substrates when applying subsequent topcoats. Can be used on mineral and old dispersion coatings before applying topcoats with Dinova dispersion and silicone resin paints, and to promote adhesion on smooth substrates such as gypsum plaster, plasterboard, and concrete, as well as on non-silicifiable substrates when using Dinova mineral products.
