Solvent-free, water-based bonding agent

Substrate pretreatment that reduces or regulates the absorbency of highly or unevenly absorbent substrates. Use before applying gypsum, lime, and/or cement-based base and top coats indoors and outdoors, or before applying Baumit leveling compounds (e.g., Baumit Nivello Quattro, Baumit Nivello 50). Dilute with water up to 1:6, depending on the substrate.
