Sika® Levelling Coat is a two-component cementitious mortar with an epoxy-modified styrene acrylate copolymer. Sika® Levelling Coat is characterized above all by its excellent adhesion to concrete and balcony tiles. Due to its good flow properties, the product can be easily applied using pouring or pumping techniques.

Application:
For leveling uneven, cement-based substrates and covering floor tile joints on balconies, terraces, and walkways in layer thicknesses of 1–10 mm. Sika® Balcony Waterproofing Systems are then applied. Sika® Levelling Coat is designed to provide a fast-curing and durable surface that is paintable after just 3 days.
