Fast-setting ternary binder for creating low-shrinkage and very fast-setting screeds.

SikaScreed®-35 Binder is a ternary binder for creating low-shrinkage, quickly walkable, and ready-to-cover cement screeds in residential and commercial buildings. Depending on the mixing ratio, screeds with a strength class up to CT-C40-F6 according to EN 13813 are possible. SikaScreed®-35 Binder enables the creation of seamless surfaces up to 200 m².

Application: Suitable for creating low-shrinkage: - Bonded screeds - Screeds on insulating layers - Screeds on separating layers - Heated screeds according to DIN EN 1264-4 - Screed repairs such as closing cable ducts. Suitable for receiving, for example: - Tiles and natural stone - Textile coverings - Resilient coverings - Parquet. For receiving coating systems, we recommend SikaScreed HardTop products.

Shelf life: In unopened original packaging: 9 months from the date of production.

Storage: Store between +5 °C and +25 °C. Store in a dry place. Opened containers should be sealed immediately and used as soon as possible.
