3-component ready-mixed mortar based on epoxy resin

Sikafloor®-280 is an easy-to-work, epoxy-based mortar. It consists of a two-component epoxy resin binder and colored quartzitic aggregate with a grain size of up to 1.2 mm. All components are supplied in the correct proportions. Sikafloor®-150 is used as a primer or bonding agent. Total solids content according to the German Construction Chemicals Association (DEUTSCHE BAUCHEMIE) test method.

Application:
- Production of synthetic resin coatings and synthetic resin screeds according to DIN EN 13813 in layer thicknesses of 2-10 mm.
- For heavy and very heavy mechanical stresses, such as in the metal industry, in printing plants, breweries, on loading ramps, etc.
- Repair mortar for floors, stairs and for repairing surface and edge damage to transport structures.
- Ideally suited for creating coves and grouting bridge railing posts.
