High-performance, self-leveling, 3-component epoxy resin-based grout

Sikadur®-42+ HE Cold Climate is a 3-component, high-performance, moisture-tolerant epoxy resin grout that develops high early strength. It is suitable for grouting machinery or plant components subjected to high static and dynamic loads. The material can be applied in layers up to 100 mm thick.

Applications: High-strength grouting and fixing of: anchor rods, anchorages, tie rods, fasteners, guardrail posts, fence and railing posts. Precision grouting of: machine bases, base plates for light and heavy machinery, including heavy impact and vibration machines, piston engines, compressors, pumps and presses, bridge bearings. Repair of: chipped concrete structures, industrial floor slabs, filling of holes and cavities, runways, parking areas, car parks.
