Two-component, highly pigmented, zinc dust-rich, low-solvent epoxy resin primer for steel. Low solvent content according to the German Paint and Coatings Association's guideline for corrosion protection and coating materials (VdL-RL 04).

Application:
SikaCor® Zinc R Plus is intended for professional use only. Developed as a mechanically resistant, zinc-rich coating for steel surfaces exposed to atmospheric conditions, it is primarily used for bridges, pipelines, tanks, industrial and port facilities, and large machinery in industrial or marine environments. It is also ideally suited for stationary application as a transportable primer. When combined with two-component intermediate and topcoats, SikaCor® Zinc R Plus forms a mechanically, water-, and chemically resistant coating system for long-lasting corrosion protection up to corrosivity category C5 (very high) according to ISO 12944-2.
