Also suitable as a barrier primer for subsequent coatings; furthermore, it increases the wash resistance of emulsion paints. It isolates tar, carbolineum, asphalt, bitumen, soot, nicotine, and water stains; preliminary tests are recommended. Fast drying, water- and dirt-repellent; hard-elastic, vapor-permeable; seals absorbent substrates. Can be painted over with standard construction varnishes and emulsion paints.
