Painting doors using the rapid process

Thanks to its excellent application properties, Jansen ISO-TLR Rapid door paint is the ideal solution for painting doors. The door paint has excellent flow properties, dries very quickly, boasts good insulating properties, and creates robust, scratch-resistant, and abrasion-resistant surfaces.

Scope:
On new substrates, as well as on old coatings, wood (all woods and wood-based materials inside), doors and surfaces made of zinc sheet, rigid PVC and Resopal without additional primer.

Product features:
Excellent flow is immediately apparent, even with thinner coats. Extremely scratch-resistant/abrasion-resistant, complies with DIN EN 71-3 (2019) and is resistant to many common household cleaners. Test certificate according to DIN 53160, saliva- and perspiration-resistant, is available. Long open time: dust-dry within 1 hour (at 23°C and 60% relative humidity). Isolates wood extractives and water-based stains. Isolates water-soluble dyes from old veneer adhesives when used in combination with ISO primer. Blocks bleed-through of wax, tar, smoke, soot, and grease stains, and isolates nicotine residue and dried water stains. High blocking resistance, two coats possible in one day, non-yellowing. High opacity, gloss-stable, very good edge coverage, and excellent adhesion to the substrate.
