2K Aqua Primer Concentrate 877 is the ideal primer for Deco Wall & Floor before sealing with Deco Wall & Floor Sealer 676 and Wet Room Sealer 677. The primer reduces water absorption, hardens, and closes the pores.

Dilution:
Dilute the mixed material with 2 parts water. Yields 2.25 kg.

Substrate preparation:
Substrates must be properly cured before painting begins. The substrate must be dry, clean, free of grease and dust; loose and sandy layers must be removed.

Processing:
Add the hardener completely to the base coat and mix very thoroughly using a machine. Transfer the material to a new, clean container. The hardening reaction begins at this point. Dilute the mixed material with 200% water, mix thoroughly using a machine, and apply evenly. A primer brush is best suited for particularly even application and working the material into the pores. Never use beyond the pot life, even if the material is still liquid, and do not attempt to repair individual defects (to enhance the surface texture). As an intermediate primer before applying filler, dilute the material with 200% water and apply evenly. The intermediate primer facilitates seamless application due to its reduced absorbency and prevents air bubbles.

Paintability:
Compatible with all floor coating systems. Primed surfaces must no longer be tacky and must be completely dry. A minimum drying time of 4 hours should be observed. During the entire application and drying period, the material, substrate, and air temperature must not fall below 10°C or exceed 30°C. The relative humidity should remain between 30% and 75% throughout the entire period.

Tool cleaning:
Wash with water immediately after use.

Store in a cool, dry place in the tightly closed original container.
